She combines approaches like EMDR, attachment-based therapy, and trauma-informed care with creative practices such as storytelling, art, nature, and reflective work. She also draws on her background in documentary filmmaking and writing to help people tell and transform their own stories.
She is passionate about creating an inclusive, affirming space for LGBTQ, BIPOC, and people from all walks of life, making Dignity Counseling and Wellness a trusted resource for schools, families, and the wider community seeking meaningful, lasting change.
