Guided
by Dignity
Our name carries the legacy of one of our founders’ grandmothers, a wise and compassionate woman devoted to healing both people and animals. She believed that dignity is not something given or taken—it is inherent in every being. Her life and values continue to guide us, reminding us to meet each person with respect, compassion, and a belief in their capacity to heal. In her spirit, we create a space where every story is honored and every person has the chance to reclaim their wholeness.

What is your approach to therapy? We are a transpersonal and holistic practice that believes healing begins from deep within. Our approach goes beyond symptom management—we guide people toward transformation, self-integration, and authentic living. We believe true inner work requires courage: the willingness to look within, face ourselves honestly, and radically accept who we are. Therapy with us is not just about coping—it’s about evolving.
Who do you work with? As a group practice and wellness center, we welcome clients from all walks of life: children, teens, adults, and seniors. Our co-owners, Katie and Alex, bring diverse life experiences that shape our inclusive approach. Katie grew up on a farm in Wisconsin, surrounded by horses and a deep connection to the natural world. Alex grew up in the inner cities of the East Coast, in an interracial immigrant family rooted in the Caribbean spiritual traditions of Puerto Rico, immersed in cultural diversity from a young age. Together, they weave nature, spirituality, and life experience into the heart of our work.
